NXP

Privacy Policy

NXP is operated by Nextarch Studio. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used when you browse the NXP store, verify purchases, contact support or use the management and Discord systems.

Data We Collect

We may collect Discord IDs, Discord usernames, Tebex transaction IDs, support ticket messages, selected products, audit log metadata, IP-derived request metadata, browser/user-agent data and uploaded site assets managed by authorized staff.

Tebex And Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Tebex. NXP does not process payment cards directly and does not store card numbers, CVC values or bank details. Transaction verification uses Tebex transaction IDs and safe transaction metadata returned by Tebex.

Discord And Purchase Verification

When you verify a purchase, NXP stores your Discord user ID, Discord guild ID, submitted transaction ID, redeemed package IDs, mapped Discord role IDs and the redemption time in UTC. This prevents transaction IDs from being reused by another person.

Support Tickets

Support tickets may contain the information you submit, selected category or product, optional transaction ID, staff actions, claims, elevations, closure information and transcripts.

Audit Logs

Administrative and sensitive actions are logged, including logins, settings changes, role syncs, package role mapping changes, transaction redemptions, CMS publishing changes and ticket actions.

Cookies And Local Storage

The management dashboard uses secure cookies for admin sessions. The public website uses server-owned cookies for cart state.

Retention

Transaction redemption records and audit logs are retained as long as needed for fraud prevention, operational security and legal record keeping. Support ticket transcripts are retained according to NXP support policy unless deletion is required by law.

Your Rights And Contact

You may contact Nextarch Studio to request access, correction or deletion of personal data where applicable. Some transaction and audit records may need to be retained for legal, fraud prevention or security reasons.

Third-Party Services

NXP uses Tebex for payments and storefront infrastructure, Discord for community and role automation, and Cfx.re/Keymaster for FiveM asset entitlement and delivery.
