I did not receive the download link for my purchase, how can I get it?
You can find the download link in your CFX.re Portal Account: https://portal.cfx.re/assets/granted-assets
Does NXP do custom orders?
No. NXP has stopped doing custom orders and will not continue to do so in the future.
Do NXP products work on any other platforms apart from FiveM?
No. Our products do not work outside of FiveM due to FiveM's escrow system.
I transferred my map and want it back or refund on it!
We're sorry, but we are not able to help you with that. When you transfer the map, CFX.re Portal warns you that a transfer can only be done once, and it is final.
The MLO does not work for me. I get an error saying “You lack the required entitlement to use Product”.
Please ensure you're using the same account as the server's CFX.re Portal License Key is registered on, and that the product is on that account. If you bought it with the wrong account and want to transfer it, you can do so through https://portal.cfx.re/assets/granted-assets. Be aware you can only do this once. NXP is not responsible for any loss, as NXP does not control Cfx.re Portal.
Are there holes in the ground after installing one of our maps?
Please ensure that you're using the latest recommended artifact available and that you've cleared your server's cache. At some point, using sv_enforceGameBuild 2699 caused holes in the ground. If you experience this issue, try using sv_enforceGameBuild 3570.
Can i get a test product to see if it works on our server?
No. NXP does not give products for free, nor does NXP give refunds.
Can i receive unlocked files?
No. NXP does not give out unlocked files for products. The only unlocked file type is .ytd because it cannot be locked anyway.
Can one of your products be moved elsewhere?
NXP does not move products from their original locations.
Can i pay a Management member to get around all of this?
Absolutely not.
Should i report resellers here?
NXP is aware of people reselling maps, but prefers not to receive reports as it is demotivating and hard to handle. Once content is leaked and hosted by a community, there is often little NXP can do. Thank you for the thought.
Can i test the maps anywhere?
The test server is currently down and will remain that way until further notice. Please do not ask about a test server. You will need to find a FiveM server using the map you want to see.
